Since taking over the company in 2025, Terri Liu and Eric Liu have continued its tradition of trusted service, bringing more than 20 years of experience as certified residential appraisers. With prior experience at the Maryland State Tax and Assessment office, including work as Commercial Assessor II, they offer a rare depth of knowledge in valuing personal, commercial, and residential properties.
